PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
PRIVACY POLICY
1. USE OF PERSONAL DATA - NATURAL PERSON
The personal data authorised for processing are intended for advertising and marketing actions regarding products and services marketed by FUCOLI-SOMEPAL - FUNDIÇÃO DE FERRO S.A.
The personal data will not be transmitted to others, nor will it be used for other purposes than those consented to.
2. PURPOSE
The processing of personal data has the following purposes: - to provide products and services requested; - to contact the customer in the event of a change in the scheduled time, delivery time or other matter of interest to the customer, inherent to the completion of the contractual relationship; - to use the customer/supplier's payment information for accounting, invoicing, control and audit purposes and to detect and/or prevent irrecoverable debts; - use customer/supplier/partner data for administrative or legal purposes, namely statistical and marketing analysis, systems testing, customer surveys, maintenance and development, or to handle a dispute or complaint; - develop digital marketing actions, namely to announce new content and launch products, send newsletters, invite and advertise events or promotional actions; - use data in the scope of the evaluation of occupational health and safety requirements. These actions require prior authorisation from the client, and personal data may be limited, rectified or removed at any time and on request.
3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSOR
FUCOLI-SOMEPAL - FUNDIÇÃO DE FERRO S.A. is responsible processing the personal data, by automated means or otherwise, from its collection, organisation, conservation, until its elimination.

5. DATA STORAGE PERIOD
In accordance with the law, we keep the personal data for ten years, after which we will securely delete or destroy it. Within this period, the data will be stored and retained until express instructions to the contrary or until the law or a final court decision requires its deletion.
The data is stored on servers located in the European Union, and it is protected and kept secure, subject to a restricted access (“need-to-know” principle).
6. RIGHT OF ACCESS, CORRECTION, DELETION, LIMITATION, OPPOSITION AND PORTABILITY OF THE DATA
Under applicable law, the data subject has specific rights:
- right to access the provided data;;
- right to rectify the data;;
- right to delete the data;
- right to limit the processing of the data;
- right to object to the processing of the data, and
- right to have the data ported to a designated entity.
7. RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
If you are not satisfied with our use of your personal data or our reply after exercising any of the aforementioned rights, you have the right to submit a complaint to the Compliance Authority (Portuguese Data Protection Committee – CNPD) (https://www.cnpd.pt/bin/duvidas/queixas_frm.aspx).
FUCOLI-SOMEPAL - FUNDIÇÃO DE FERRO S.A. reserves the right to make any adjustments or changes to this Privacy Policy, which shall be duly publicized.
